We have always been of the mind that if we were going to do it, we were going to make sure we did it right(within a reasonable budget anyway).
Let's just say for now that an opportunity has presented itself, and we are working towards making it happen. But as with any business deal, nothing is set in stone until we are open for business. So, for now, I have to responsibly say that it is a rumor. The last thing I want to do is say that it IS happening and then it falls apart...not like that has ever happened before...
