I'm not sure if any of you guys check this site anymore or not...There a few of my friends and myself who are new to the area, just graduated college and moved up here...Just curious of any upcoming tournaments, or any private games. And for those of you wondering, no, we are not "avid paintballers"...we've played about 3-4 years each, usually all weekend warrior style... Let me know!

Welcome to the area! If you are looking at entering a truly rookie tournament, we will host 1 or 2 tourneys out at Chilli. The first one is generally around June. We haven't formally set dates for them yet.
If you are looking for something for more experienced players, check out the CIA series. It bounces between Area 52 and Sudden Impact, and is put on by the players of team No Limit.
When it gets closer to the time, we'll certainly update the website with the tourney info.

As far as cia membership goes...e-mail markmoss@ciapaintball.net..the online form is having issues at the moment. As far as us sponsoring your team...CIA does not sponsor anyone...but if you would like for your team to be on the CIA list of teams...e-mail info@ciapaintball.net.

Spyderman......the CIA series is perfect for you and your team. You do not have to play the whole series. At least come play one....and if you feel you are overmatched, then you dont have to play anymore events.
But I think our series is a great way for teams to get more experience and become a better team. If you stick with the series and practice regularly, you will see a drastic improvement in your game....trust me, I see it happen year after year! |

dark angel the store that was thinking of sponsoring us was wither dicks sporting goods or maybe gamestop. Aslo i looked at the prices for the CIA events and they are to expensive for me. Im not 18 yet so my dad still pays for everything and i can only afford tourneys like the 3 man chilli rookie. Also my gun is not that good i have a spyder RT which comes with a rocking trigger which i know is not allowed in many tournaments.
Thanks _________________ The Man |

How did you approach the stores? Did you just go in and ask the manager? The rocking trigger should be fine for the cia events.
For the online form....send the info on the form to markmoss@ciapaintball.net....we are having problems with the form right now. _________________ No Limit

Spyderman.....just a thought, but if you have sponsors willing to pay for things....I would have them pay for the event entry or paintballs at the events. This way you can get tournament experience for a much cheaper cost.
You will find alot of local teams that do not have matching gear. |
